Norfolk Southern Railroad will be working on the railroad tracks today, November 18. They will start around 2 PM. The work will be from 3rd Street (Country Club) to the Burgess Road access. This will also affect the Pleasant Valley and Highway 77 crossings. Expect traffic delays. Buses may also be late this afternoon.
